Wales

Up again in the seedings this year as Wales climb to third. A deserved Semi-final place last year as they just missed out on the final with defeat at the hands of Ireland. Wales meet them again this year in Group B and are favourites to make it to the semis again.

Martin Harries is the only player returning from last year. 3-time SMPT winner, Stephen Williams returns as Captain and they are joined by Cennydd Howell who replaces brother Dafydd and Andrew Jones who makes his third appearance.
