It’s an exciting day on the Short Mat Players Tour as we open the entries to both our newest and biggest events of the season.
First up, is the inaugural Belfast Open which will be the fourth and final event of the Pairs World Rankings, new for 2017-18.
Last, but by no means least, is the World Masters, the final event in the Singles World Rankings. We expect an entry of around 250 players for this, our blue ribbon event, that will decide the Order of Merit and confirm the qualifiers for next summer’s World Cup.
Both events will be staged in Northern Ireland, at the Belfast Indoor Bowls Club. These events are open to everyone! Players can enter either, or both and enjoy 3 fantastic days with the SMPT.
