Entries to the Taylor Bowls World Fours Masters and the Taylor Bowls World Pairs Masters open on Thursday 1 June at 6pm.
Staged at our new home venue, Falcon Bowling and Social Club (near Chelmsford) on the first weekend in December, these two events form one of the most popular fixtures in the Short Mat Players Tour calendar.
This year we are delighted to confirm that the larger venue has enable us to increase the number of entries and the prize pool for both tournaments. This means that there will be 64 places in the fours competition and 128 space in the pairs tournament. Thanks to our generous sponsors, Taylor Bowls, the 6 winners will each be given a set of Taylor Bowls worth up to £270, plus they will also win a cash prize of £100. Furthermore, cash prizes will also be awarded to the losing Cup quarter-finalists in both events.
With the excellent transport links from London and Stansted Airport we expect these events to attract bowlers from all across Europe.
